I’ve gotten a contract that will (hopefully!) keep me busy until the end of October. I started a couple days ago and so I’ve been pretty busy with that and with preparing for the house guests coming on Monday.
My title is pretty fancy: Information Management Specialist. If I play this right, it could mean more contracts or even a permanent position.
I’m going to have a glass of wine and toast myself for being gainfully employed again. Who knew it would feel so good?

Hey all, last I heard from Regular Girl on Facebook was that the Great Firewall of China meant that WordPress was blocked again so she can’t blog. I offered to host a post from her on my blog that she could send me over FB. Will get an update from her….

Hello again all. I contacted RG last night and received this email:
“Hey! Facebook is now blocked as well because of the riots up north. Crazy! I will try to get to a post soon, things are pretty crazy these days.”
She then went on to detail other news that – as much as I want to share – I’ll leave for when she is able to send over a post for you all. x
