I’m so sick of this diet crap. This is what BF and I have decided over the weekend: We will do yoga once a week. We will continue to avoid carbs at night and to have wholsesome meals for breakfast and lunch. I will continue to get up on my step-machine for 10 minutes every morning and twice a week to do some ab exercises with my balance ball.
That’s it. We go out far too much to stick to anything more than that.
I’ll still try to kick the nail biting habit though. Because it’s just gross. Confession: I bit them all off this weekend for no reason that I can explain other than they were there and I wasn’t paying attention.
